Buyer Beware!!!  There are many other companies that seem to have lower rates. However, when comparing you need to check the following:

Batch Fees: Companies charge anywhere from $0.10 to $0.40, we charge $0.05

Statement Fees: The majority of companies charge anywhere from $10.00 to $15.00, we charge a flat $5.00 fee.

Authorization/Transaction Fees: Many companies hide these fees in incomprehensible statements, where they can charge anywhere up to $0.90. Others call their fee a transsaction fee and then charge you an authorization fee of $0.25  plus a transaction fee of $0.25, you end up being charged twice for the same charge utilizing a different classification.  We charge  a flat $0.25.

Supplies: We supply our customers with Paper Rolls & Ribbons at No Charge. Most companies charge approx $10/Month for supplies, some charge more. Many companies call it a merchant club fee or some other name. We have no other name for this fee and of course no additional charges.

Debit Access fee is another popular charge seen on many statement. This will never show up on ours as we do not have such a fee.  Debit Access fees range from $5.00  to  $20.00.

It is obviouse that we are here to make money. However, our fee structure is based on volume. Therefore, we are able to pass onto our clients the most competetive fees in the market; making less on each individual client but more  on the volume of clients. As a result, the majority of our clients are client reffered by other clients. In fact almost 60% of our new clients are reffered by our current merchants clients. The remainder are retained through mass advertising campaigns, special offers and our rapidly growing sales force.

In addition to the rates shown above we also have special rates for higher risk clients, bad credit or no credit clients, individualy owned businesses and the travel industry.
